The workers’ rights movement is constantly evolving to meet the realities of a complex labor market. For IRIS, this requires learning, adaptation and reflection to ensure that worker voices, and their priorities, are central to what we do. Through Future of Workers, IRIS is building out a platform for narrative and story-for-impact knowledge that is vital for achieving progress toward greater worker rights.

IRIS is working to create and activate a network of resources, activities and expertise which will build narrative shift and storytelling capacity in the workers rights ecosystem internationally. Through engagement with these partners, we’ve better able to understand the capacities, needs, barriers and resources of these organizations as relates to storytelling and narrative change.
