The Narrative Directory is a co‑created international resource for organizers, activists and storytellers seeking to harness culture and narrative to drive progressive change. The directory brings together profiles of organizations and initiatives from around the world, including IRIS, to make it easier for people working on labor and social justice issues to find partners and collaborators. As a donor‑collaborative, IRIS uses the directory to connect workers’ rights organizations with creative partners and to map the broader ecosystem of narrative change.

By contributing to and expanding the Narrative Directory, Future of Workers aims to make knowledge about narrative strategy accessible to the workers’ rights movement. The platform will serve as a living map of the people and projects using storytelling to transform systems, ensuring that new activists can quickly locate resources without duplicating efforts. Through regular updates and new profiles, the directory helps identify gaps in the narrative landscape and highlights opportunities for collaboration.
