Nawi Afrifem Collective is a pan‑African feminist political economy organization that looks at macro‑level economics through the lens of African working women. The collective maintains an open‑access knowledge portal featuring research outputs, videos and creative resources. Its goal is to amplify the work of African women who are demystifying macroeconomic policy and to make feminist economic analysis accessible to the widest possible audience.
Nawi and IRIS are developing creative ways to translate research into compelling stories. During this pre‑production phase they are shaping the narrative plan, creative direction and concepts for a written piece and a media production. The aim is to ensure that feminist research on digital economies becomes emotionally resonant and accessible, challenging dominant narratives and inspiring new perspectives on work and economic justice.
